Recipe: Cluck Rub Lobster Tails

Directions:

Step 1: Use the place setter in your ceramic cooker, put the grill rack in and set at 375 – 400 degrees

Step 2: Split the lobster tails and rub with a little butter and dust with Red Dirt Rich Cluck Rub.

Step 3: Place on your ceramic cooker for 8 to 10 minutes until the shell becomes light orange.

Step 4: Remove from your cooker and squeeze fresh limes on top. The meat should be juicy and pull right out of the shell.
